La Fabrique à Pensées is a flower farm based in Santec, Finistère Nord, Brittany. It is specialised in edible flowers, herbs and fresh cut flowers.
Wholeheartedly wild, poetic and transparent, La Fabrique uses the variety of species, shapes and colours, from the simple to the sophisticated flowers, to create a unique experience inspiring imagination and daydreaming.

PLANT-FRIENDLY
We grow organic, local and seasonal flowers, from the seed to picking, without any chemicals. All hand-made, farmed and picked, letting Nature manage the rhythm. Carefully selected plants are adapted to the local climate, and to Santec’s sandy soil. The farm being near the sea gives us a great plant variety, thanks to the mild oceanic weather. Besides, the farm is unique in the number of vivacious, bulbous flowers and trees it’s growing, perennial plants as opposed to annual flowers.
Fresh-cut flowers are available from April to October depending on weather conditions. Dried flowers, foliage and other elements then take over. We collaborate with other nearby flower farms, fellow members of Collectif de la Fleur Française. We may order flowers from the South of France during the winter season.
We prefer a short supply chain so you get a wide range of extra fresh flowers. Nature’s benefit on our well-being is a well-known fact. Bring these touches of wilderness home or to your workplace, and re-discover the beauty of Nature. Flowers are grown here, with no machines or chemicals. They’re adapted to the local climate and hand-picked. We work according to the Slow Flower movement, supporting buying locally and growing flowers naturally. We are convinced that the natural plants and flowers let you embark on a poetic and sensorial journey, through sight, smell, touch and sound. Our biggest achievement would be to stimulate and inspire your senses when you visit the farm.
All our home-grown flowers are available at our shop, in the town of Saint-Pol de Léon.
